How can Keystone Users Contact Support?

Learn the best ways to contact Keystone support for assistance with any issues or questions you may have.

Reaching out to support ensures you get timely assistance for any issues or questions, helping you maintain smooth operations. To contact support within Keystone, start by clicking on your profile icon in the top right-hand corner of your screen. If you’ve uploaded a profile photo, you’ll see that instead of the default icon.

After clicking your profile icon, you'll see your name. Scroll down and select the Get Support option. This will take you to the Keystone Support Request form.

 

Critical requests are automatically forwarded to our engineering team, while other issues are sent to our support team for review during regular business hours.

In the support form, provide:

  • A Request Summary: A brief one-liner describing the issue or request.
  • Request Details: Include details like the steps you took, any error messages received, or other relevant information to help us troubleshoot.
  • Order Number: If the issue relates to a specific order, include the order number from the top left-hand corner of the order page.

Next, select the Request Type:

  • Issue: For system errors or anything not working as expected.
  • Question: If you need more information about a feature.
  • Request: For feature enhancements or new functionalities you'd like to see in Keystone.

Make sure to fill out your name and email so we can follow up with you, and attach any screenshots that might be helpful in diagnosing the issue.

Once complete, click Submit. You'll receive confirmation that your request has been sent, and our team will follow up shortly.
