How do Agents order a Repair Pricer Report?

Here you’ll learn how to order a Repair Pricer estimate from a preview email or directly from your HomeBinder Account.

Ordering a Repair Pricer Estimate from a Preview Email:


Shortly after the property inspection is completed, you’ll receive a text or email that looks like this:


To place the order, click on the link in the email or text which will lead you to this page:


First, select which report best fits your clients needs. Click 'Save and Continue' to move to Step 2. 


At  Step 2, you can select any additional add-ons you would like to purchase or add a pool report free of charge. Then select 'Save and Continue' to move to Step 3.



At step 3, you’ll  pay for any add-ons that were selected and complete the order. If no add-on were selected, simply click 'Complete Order'. This will be followed by a confirmation page letting you know that the order was placed.


Ordering a Repair Pricer Estimate Through your HomeBinder Account


If your inspector isn’t yet on one of our programs that include a free RepairPricer estimate, these reports can be ordered through your HomeBinder account. Follow the steps to order your Repair Pricer report:


First, login to your Your HomeBinder account. This was most likely created by your Home Inspector. Look for an email from the inspector containing the property address. This email will give you access to your Agent Account. If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder. If you still can’t find it, reset your password here.

Once logged in, you can order the Repair Pricer Report. Make sure you have a copy of the inspection report from your client or the Home Inspector. In your account, find the HomeBinder for your client. Click “Binder Options” on the right, then select “Order Repair Pricer”. The form will prefill with your client’s details. Follow the steps and upload the inspection report when prompted.

After submitting your order, you will receive the report via email within 24 hours.
