How do I add a New Order in Keystone?

Learn how staff can quickly add new orders in Keystone, ensuring smooth and efficient order management.

Properly entering order details ensures accurate tracking and streamlined service delivery.

Click the green "New Order" button in the top left.

You can add the buyer, buyer’s agent, seller, listing agent, and others if needed.

The “Signing and paying” checkbox is what determines who will get the agreement and payment link in an email.

Enter the property address, square footage, year built, and foundation. If the address is covered under MLS coverage it will pre-populate

Choose from a bundle or a la carte services. Pricing auto-populates based on the information provided.

Assigning Inspectors: Duration and available time slots are displayed.

  • Drive time to address is calculated when hovering over inspector time slots
  • You can assign multiple services, to multiple inspectors at different times if needed

Logistics: Specify occupancy, provide access codes, and manage utilities.

Check for any order issues indicated by the number icon in the top right.  

Finally, you can:

  • Save as a draft - Saves the information to come back to later
  • Send an estimate - Sends an email with estimate pricing and booking information to chosen contact
  • Submit the order - Books the order and sends automatic notifications for confirmation with agreements and payment link.

By following these steps, you can efficiently schedule an order in Keystone, ensuring clients, agents, and inspectors receive necessary information.
