Learn how to customize and edit the online scheduler in Keystone, giving admins full control over service bookings and availability.
Customizing your online scheduler ensures a seamless booking experience for clients and aligns with your company's availability and service offerings.
To edit your online booking in Keystone, start by clicking on the Settings gear icon in the top right-hand corner of your screen.
Scroll down and select Online Booking. Here, you’ll see your Online Booking Link, which you can post on your website or share with agents and clients as needed.
Below the link, you’ll find your Online Booking Services—the services currently set up to be available for online booking. To edit a service, click on it (for example, Residential Inspection) to open the service editing screen.
To set up new services for online booking, return to Settings by clicking the gear icon. Scroll down to the Pricing section and click on Services. Select the service you want to make available online.
Once you select the service, scroll down to the Online Scheduler section. Here, you have two options:
- Show Service Online – to make the service visible for online booking.
- Hide Pricing – if you prefer not to display pricing for this specific service.
