How do I merge contacts in Keystone?

Learn how to efficiently merge contacts in Keystone with this tutorial. Merging contacts helps you clean up duplicate entries, consolidate data, and maintain accurate records, ensuring smooth operations and easier access to important contact info.

In the blue ribbon, click the Contacts button.

On the right-hand side, click the Merge Contacts option.

In the Merge Contacts section, search for the contacts you would like to merge.


Select the necessary columns to view and choose the contacts you wish to merge.

You’ll see the number of orders associated with each contact that will be merged.

Decide which data you want to include in the merged contact.

Once satisfied, click the Merge Contacts button in blue.

A confirmation message will appear asking if you're sure about merging the contacts.
Click Merge to proceed.

After merging, you will see your contact with the combined number of orders.

Open an order linked to a merged contact. You will notice a small icon indicating the contact has been merged.
