Multi-family property reports differ from our standard residential reports and are tailored to the specific needs of properties with multiple units. These reports require more time to complete and offer flexible pricing options depending on the number of units. Note: RepairPricer considers a property multi-family if it has 2 or more units.
Pricing and Turnaround Time
8 Units or Less:
This category includes duplexes, triplexes, quadplexes, and small apartment buildings. Reports are available for $125 with a 48-hour turnaround time.
9-20 Units:
For properties with 9 to 20 units, reports are priced at $150 and have a 48-hour turnaround time.
More than 20 Units:
Properties with more than 20 units fall under this category. Reports are priced at $200, with the same 48-hour turnaround time.
If you need faster service, we offer a rush option for an additional $100, which guarantees your report within 24 hours. Note: This action can only be done by contacting customer support using iGopher on our support page.
How to Order a Multi-Family Report
- Log in to your REsolv account here.
- Once logged in, select “Place Order” from the left-hand menu.
- On the order page, choose “Commercial/Multi-Family” as the property type.
- Enter the property details and submit your order.
