Learn how to efficiently resend emails in Keystone as staff with this tutorial. Resending emails ensures important communications reach clients and team members without delay.
Click on Orders in the blue ribbon at the top of your screen.
Find and click on the order for which you need to resend an email.
On the right-hand side, click the three dots in the menu.
Scroll down and select Resend Email.
Use the drop-down menu to select the email notification you want to resend. (Keystone will only display emails associated with that specific order.)
A notification will appear indicating when the email is scheduled to be sent. (If the email is set to go out at a specific time (e.g., one hour before the inspection), it will follow that schedule.)
Choose the recipient from the contacts list.
Click Send Email.
If the notification is set to send immediately, it will appear in the Activity Panel.
If scheduled for later, it will be listed as a Scheduled Notification.
Click on the trash can icon next to the scheduled email if you need to cancel it.
Alternatively, you can click on any hyperlinked email in the Activity Panel and select Resend Email from there.
