How do I set up Company Schedule in Keystone?

Learn how to set up and manage your company schedule in Keystone, allowing admins to configure working hours, event scheduling, and more.

Managing your availability helps streamline scheduling and ensures better coordination with clients. To set your company availability in Keystone, click the Gear Icon in the top right-hand corner.

 

In the Availability section, set your company's operating hours. At the top, configure Default Service Durations (2-6 hours). These can be overridden for internal bookings but not for online orders. For longer services, clients will be prompted to call.

 

Adjust Buffer Time between appointments, ranging from 15 to 120 minutes. Scroll down to set Operating Hours.

 

You can set Latest Start Times for bookings. 

 

Configure Time Slots for online and internal bookings.

 

If you prefer not to use time slots, enable an Open Schedule, allowing bookings anytime before the latest start time.

 

In Next Day Inspections, set a Scheduling Cutoff Time or allow next-day bookings at any time, including midnight, by selecting No Cutoff Period.

 

In the Holidays section, mark holidays when your company is closed, and save your changes.

 

Contact Center Availability defines when clients can call, which is displayed on agreements and portals. Adjust these hours similarly to operating hours and set specific holidays for contact availability.
