Learn how to efficiently set up services with fees and discounts in Keystone with this tutorial. Properly configuring your services ensures accurate pricing and streamlined billing.
Access pricing through the Gear Icon in the top blue ribbon.
In settings, click on Pricing on the left
Price Modifiers: Add fees like cancellation or mileage fees or discounts.
Click New Modifier.
Specify type and amount, with options for percentage or fixed.
Link modifiers to specific services if needed.
Bundles: Create bundles of services for clients to easily choose from.
Click on New Bundle.
Enter the bundle name, public description and any note for the scheduling staff.
Next, you can choose if you would like to show the bundle in the online scheduler.
You can add services to the bundle in the drop down.
Last, you can add a fixed discount or a percentage for each service. Keep in mind that Keystone will still use add on pricing for packages with Primary and Add on services included. You can save by clicking Create Bundle.
Services: Edit existing services or create new ones.
Add service name and description.
Specify if standalone or add-on.
Set pricing and add-ons.
Assign inspectors
Define service areas
Set when the service can be performed
