Learn how to RUSH Repair Pricer Reports in Resolv
If you need a report returned back faster than our standard turnaround time of 24-hours, you can upgrade your report to a RUSH.
RUSH orders are normally priced within 4-6 hours, depending on the length and complexity of the report. You can upgrade to a RUSH when placing an order in your REsolv account.
How to Upgrade an Existing Order to a RUSH
If you need your report faster, you can easily upgrade your existing report to a rush report through your REsolv account:
- Log in to your REsolv account and go to your Pending Orders located on your dashboard.
- Find the order you want to rush and click on the “Actions” drop-down button next to it.
- Select "Rush this report" and follow the prompts to complete the upgrade.
Commercial and Multi-Family Reports cannot be rushed through REsolv. If you’d like to upgrade these types of reports please message us at Customer Support using iGopher on our support page.
