How Do I View, Share and Edit my Repair Pricer Reports in REsolv?

Learn how to View, share, and edit your reports in REsolv.

To get started, log in to your REsolv account. After logging in, you'll be directed to your dashboard. 

Here, you’ll see two sections, Pending Orders at the top and Completed Orders below. For RP MAX and HomeBinder Full Program users (including the utility connection service), a third section will be available at the bottom of the dashboard for Preview Orders.

To view a completed report, click the “View Report” button next to the property address you want to manage. 

This will open the report page, which contains five yellow tabs, each with a distinct function:

  1. Share Report: This button allows you to share the report with others, either by generating a PDF or granting recipients access to edit the report directly.
  2. Download as CSV: Clicking this button will download the report in a CSV file format, which is useful for importing data into spreadsheets or other applications.
  3. Download as PDF: This option enables you to download the report as a PDF file, making it easy to view and share offline or attach to emails.
  4. View Inspection Report: This tab lets you view the original inspection report that the RepairPricer report is based on. It's helpful for cross-referencing details between the two documents. (This feature is only available to inspector and  
  5. Add New Repair Item: This button allows you to manually add a new repair item to the report, giving you flexibility to include any items that weren’t initially included.

Editing Your Report

To make changes to your report, navigate to the tiled section of the report page. Each tile is labeled with the contractor type, each associated with a specific type of repair work. For example, there are sections for Concrete Contractor, Drywall/Painter, Electrician, and more. Each category displays a total cost associated with the repairs for that type of contractor.

To remove an entire contractor category from your report, deselect the checkbox at the top left of the tile:



To edit individual items from the report, click the tile containing the items you wish to modify. For instance, if you need to adjust the items under Drywall/Painter, select that category to expand the list of repair items:

From here, you can:

  1. Adjust the price of individual repair items.
  2. View previous edits and revert to previous versions.
  3. Remove the repair item from the report.

As you make adjustments, the total estimate for the report will automatically update. This feature allows you to customize the report based on the specific needs or preferences of your client. Once you’ve finished, click “View PDF” to preview the updated report.
