What if the Individual Prices in the Repair Pricer Report do not match the the 'Whole Home' total?

This article explains the Repair Pricer pricing model and why the individual costs may not add up to the 'Whole Home' total.

It's normal for individual prices not to match the ‘Whole Home’ total. This is because our calculations consider both the cost to fix each item separately and the reduced cost when a single contractor addresses multiple issues in one visit.

For example, a plumber typically charges a call-out fee for each visit. If they fix several problems during the same visit, that fee is distributed across all the items, lowering the overall cost reflected in the "Whole Home" total.

Rest assured, your report is accurate, and the prices aren't meant to match the totals exactly.
