What If You Haven’t Received Your Repair Pricer Report?

This article will show how to locate your Repair Pricer Report, if not received within 24 hours.

At RepairPricer, we strive to deliver your reports as quickly as possible. Reports are available within 24 hours, guaranteed. If you ordered your report over 24 hours ago and still haven’t received it, follow these steps:

Once the pricing team completes your report, it will be available in your REsolv dashboard. Simply login and navigate to the “Completed Orders” section to download your report.

If you didn’t order your report through REsolv, or if you’re unsure how your report was ordered:

  1. Verify Receipt Confirmation. Did you receive a receipt for your order? If not, it’s possible that there was an issue with your transaction or the email address was entered incorrectly. Submit a support ticket with the property address so we can assist you.
  2. Check Your Spam/Junk Folder. If you received the receipt but not the report, check your spam or junk folder. Sometimes PDFs from unknown senders can be filtered into these folders.
  3. Look for Messages. If it’s not in your spam folder, check your email inbox and voicemail for any messages from our team. We may have requested additional information to complete your report.
