What is Leader’s Edge, and how do I (and my staff) participate?

Any Inspection Company Owner who is a Core or Platinum member can participate in Leader’s Edge, and can also add their Inspector Manager, Office Manager, or Marketing Manager to Leader’s Edge.

What is provided to registered Leader’s Edge participants:

Every two weeks we host expert-led discussions via Zoom focused on three major areas of the inspection business:

1. Marketing, with lead Coach Christy Orlando (of 1st Rate Inspections in Texas)
2. and Co-Coaches Josh Neihaus (of Elite Home Inspections in CA) and Jonathan Giner (of TruView Inspections in FL) Inspector Management, with Coaches Jerry Linkhorn (of Linkhorn Home Inspections in Columbus, OH) and Jeff Donaldson (of ACE Home Inspections in SC) 
3. Office Management, with Coach Susan Bentley (of Bentley Home Inspections in TN)

Specific topics for each call are announced in advance, and the discussion is led by your expert coach, sometimes with guest contributors or speakers.  Lively discussions are guaranteed, and priceless insights emerge in every discussion. For all Platinum and Core members, these conversations are recorded and transcribed, and hosted in the Community Dashboard.

Every month we also host Leader’s Edge discussions in two specialty business areas: Pest control and Commercial inspections.  These sessions are recorded and transcribed for Platinum and Core members as well.

1. Pest control is led by Coaches Donnie Bentley (of Bentley Home Inspections in TN) and Blaise Ingrisano (of Inspecticore in NY).
2. Commercial inspections is led by Coach David Sherwood (of Sherwood Inspection Services in CT)
