What Items Cannot Be Priced for Repair Pricer Reports?

This article outlines some of Repair Pricer's pricing limitations such as foundation repairs, retaining wall replacement and extensive damage as further investigation is needed.

While RepairPricer can estimate costs for most items in your home inspection report, there are some limitations. Below are the items we are unable to price due to the complexity or need for further investigation.

Items We Cannot Price:

  1. Foundation Repairs:  Foundation repairs require a detailed foundation report with a defined scope of repairs to be included in our pricing estimates.
  2. Retaining Wall Replacement:  We do not provide pricing for replacing retaining walls. However, we can price other landscaping-related work, such as drainage modifications.
  3. Extensive Damage:  For homes with significant damage—such as those affected by fires or those that have been gutted—additional investigation is needed before pricing can be provided. These repairs fall outside the scope of our standard reports.
